Gateway WGW1002 GSM voice codec Error, interference and bad audio

Good afternoon, I am writing to you for a problem with the WGW1002 Gateway, module 2 has not been working for a while, it displays status INIT and in the GSM voice codec option it only gives the error option and not the default settings.

In addition, all calls made by module 1 have bad audio, interference and almost nothing is heard. It has already been completely restored, it has been reconfigured and there is no change, firmware update was also executed successfully but it was not solved.
