WGW1002G - OpenVox

I'm also having problems with my WGW1002G: SIM cards become undetected at times. Message reads "Undetected SIM Card". Sometimes I've seen a brief message about the registration being denied, but I couldn't capture it.

Try to clean the slot and insert again. you can contact sales for RMA if still same.

Yes, if you want to update firmware. you can first update to wg400-current.img then upgrade to the newest.
