VS-GW1202/VS-GWM400 SIM Not registered (INIT status)

Hello!
We have VS-GW1202 with 2 VS-GWM400.
In 1st 4 ports we have 4 sim cards, and everything works. But in 2nd work only 1st and 4th ports.
Ports number 2 and 3 don't see a sim card and show the status "Not registered" (INIT). How we can make the initialization of new sim cards on these ports?

First please check your module version under the menu module page ,
Then go to this link www.openvox.cn/pub/firmwares/GSM%20Gateway/tools/
If yours is M35 ,go to M35 directory , there is a manual to guide you how to flash the module firmware , If flash not help there is no other ways to solve it remotely , Send back for repair is the only choice .Hope these info help you .

Sorry, I don't understand, what is m35. I found versions of software and hardware (screen).

You can check the module version from web interface ,Module---select a port ,edit and you can the module version there . Or you can input the AT command under logs ----AT .input ATI to get the module version.

Ok, understood. We have M35FAR02A10.
So, we should update to M35FAR02A12? Where we can take RemoteCom?
