VS_USB-1020 Web interface doesn't work

Hi all, i have a VS_USB-1020 that he web interface has blocked for second time. The first one was 1 month ago, and today was de second one. It has the software version 2.1.28. To solve the problem, i need to restart the device via electrical switch. What can i do to solve the problem. Thanks in advance
