VS-GWM400G doesn't recognise sim card

Hi!

I expect a problem with VS-GWM400G and new sim cards with LTE support.
I've got GSM Status: NET REQ.
Finally, I don't plan to use LTE, only GSM, but the module does not recognize my SIM.
At the same time, I installed this SIM in the newer module VS_USB-1044, and everything worked fine.
Is it possible that new SIM cards are unsupported by VS-GWM400G?
I am ready to provide any logs from the GSM gateway or other helpful information that helps debug a problem.

You should confirm if your new sim card still support 2G(GSM) network .also you can check your VS_USB-1044 device module , check if its LTE module or GSM support only , you can screenshot status page for us.

I've attached 2 screenshots with system info: one for VS_USB-1044 module, with LTE support, and the second for VS-GWM400G

your VS_USB-1044 support 2G/3G/4G, Your GWM400G only support 2G , confirm with your sim card carrier if still support 2G or not .
