We have 2 SWG-2008 boxes and we are using those boxes for outgoing and incoming calls also.
Sometimes we have to reset some of the modules, because we cannot start calls. The call is starting, but in the CDR we are seeing FAILED records.
After wwe restarting the corresponding module, everything working fine for a while, then we have to restart the module again (sometimes it could work for a couple of days, sometimes just for a couple of hours)
Can we update the module firmware, or maybe we can do something else to eliminate this issue?
