SWG-2008/2.2.0 with VS-GWM420L-AF - CLID shows number, no name

Hello,
We have an SWG-2008 with 2.2.0 version of software with VS-GWM420L-AF, Module version: EC25AFFAR07A14M4G.
We have tried this wIth multiple SIMs on different carriers we see the same issue -- no name in CLID, only number. Same SIMs in a phone produce CLID with name.

Our CallerID is set to CLIP, count of 1 in the module section.
