can i install asterisk,elastix or issabel PBX on UC500 and UC300?

i update new OS .i have ping of 172.16.101.1
but i cant see a webpage or oprator panel of device ,when i type this ip in browser ,i see this error "This site can’t be reached"

Hi ,if you had upgrade the new version 2.3.1 for your UC300 ?
But after reboot ,the web page can't visite and can ping the default IP 172.16.101.1 ？

Pls try press the RST button about 10 sec . to reset the device ,then try visit the device web again .

hi,my verion is 2.3.1 -device is UC500 -
this is my steps :
1-i write Issabel4.0 by rufus on flash USB
2-turn off device and connect flash USB
3-turn on device and heard BEEP
i can ping 172.16.101.1 , but i cant see wep page on this IP
