Connecting cloud server failed

Hi,
I have changed the UC300 default route from WAN to LAN then add a static route pointing back to WAN for dailing in & out.
Other trucks are available pass throught NAT and C200 phone can register from outside network. But I still cannot connet to the cloud server even change server IP to cloud.openvox.com.cn. Does it fix to use the WAN as default route?

the cloud platform can't to use temporary. when it's recovery, i will inform you or just try it later.
