One Sim Module Lost IMEI and Module Version

I Have 4 Openvox VS-GW1600 GSM for 4 years and have worked perfectly until a few days ago one of the slots sim stopped working, this slot does not show any IMEI information or other basic data, attached images, is there a way to recover the module ?.
