OpenVox VS-GW1600 problem

i have the exact same problem, i downgraded from 2.2.0 to 2.1.3 but the problem remains
after i reboot the gateway i can only call once every gsm port.
then whenever i call the gsm numbers they ring but the call never comes to inbound trunk on elastix and i can't see them on status
