Yes, the chan-extra would inform you SIM not inserted if you are not fully using all the modules.
From your post, I found that you only used two of them, right?. So, to disable the errors on the asterisk CLI, please forward to /etc/asterisk/extra-channels.conf, then disable the channels you are not using(Span3 and Span 4?).
I don't know how to disable the channels.....
So I need some detail instructions from you
my /etc/asterisk/extra-channels.conf is as follows
===========================================
; Autogenerated by /usr/sbin/dahdi_genconf on Thu Jun 16 11:18:21 2011
; If you edit this file and execute /usr/sbin/dahdi_genconf again,
; your manual changes will be LOST.
; Dahdi Channels Configurations (chan_extra.conf)
;
; This is not intended to be a complete chan_extra.conf. Rather, it is intended
; to be #include-d by /etc/chan_extra.conf that will include the global settings
;
By the way,although I have read some materials about Asterisk, but I still don't know what is a span, what is a channel and what is the difference between them. I hope you can help me figure it out, thank you!

Due to you only have two modules installed on the G400P, so your currently configuration is correct.
Well, firstly I am not an expert of asterisk. In my opinion, normally, Span would be defined as a "port", but this "port" differs from the physical port. It includes several channels, let's take digital card for an example,
the whole span definition is like this:
_______________________
# Span 2: TE4/0/2 "T4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 2"
span=2,2,1,ccs,hdb3
# termtype: te
bchan=32-46,48-62
dchan=47
echocanceller=mg2,32-46,48-62
As you can see, the Span 2 involves 30B+D channels.
