when i use fdisk -L , icant see usb-driver
but when i use lsblk or lsusb ,can see my usb-driver

If your HDD with the power supply ?The UC300 support 128GB SD card or USB-driver without the power supply .
you can test the USB port with a small size usb-driver .

i tested usb 32 and sd card 16 GB

It can't work too ? pls format the 16GB in other Linux for EXT4 first .
