newbie - a400p "dahdi show channls" command not found

14 years 2 months ago #4800 by nicklv
Hi,
I followed the installation manual as in http://www.openvox.com.cn/downloadsFile/A400P-A400E-User-Manual.pdf
But when I run "dahdi show channels", I get the following errors:

No such command "dahdi show channels" .....

My config:
- a400p with 1 fxo module.
- trixbox 2.8

Any idea what is wrong?

Here are outputs of some other commands:

Hello,
Please have a try with this method:
1.Unload asterisk with "stop now" on the CLI console.
2.Unload driver dahdi with "service dahdi stop", then load it again with these commands:
A: modprobe dahdi.
B: modprobe wctdm opermode=Your country debug=1
C. dahdi_genconf
D: dahdi_cfg -vvvvv
3.Then,please the check the files /etc/dahdi/system.conf , /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf and /etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf.Make sure all the parameters are set to be the right status.
4. Start asterisk with asterisk -vvvvvvgc
5. On the CLI console, run the command dahdi show channels.
