dahdi - no hardware found

HI all,
I follow the instruction
http://openvox.com.cn/downloadsFile/Install_A1200P-A800P_with_Dahdi.pdf
to install dahdi-tools-2.2.1.
#.configure; make; make install
Then I issue make config with the following message
DAHDI has been configured.
List of detected DAHDI devices:
No hardware found
(I am sure my A800 card existed and plugged to the PC)
Any one can help to solve my problem?

Can you show me the output of lspci? Did you use the command "modprobe opvxa1200" before you detect the dahdi device?

below is result of lspci -v . I try modproble opvxa1200 and then detaul dahdi device but the result is the same. BTW, I am using CentOS5.4, kenrel 2.6.18-164.11.1.el5 #1 SMP . Please advise
