zapata.conf not created when run genzaptelconf

Hi,

I need urgent help. I am running centos 5, zaptel-1.4.12.1 (downloaded from http://downloads.openvox.cn ) and asterisk-1.4.22 (downloaded from http://downloads.asterisk.org ). It seems zapata.conf was not created and when i run zap show channels, no channels was listed. I have followed exact steps shows in A800_A1200-user-manual.pdf
Please enlighten me
Btw, i am running trixbox ce 2.8.0

Are you using trixbox-2.8 ce? The trixbox already have dahdi (include our A800P&A1200P's driver) and asterisk, why you install zaptel and asterisk?

I am a newbie and i really appreciate your guidance.... Damn it and i have burned so many midnight oil and today i come to know, i need not to insall zaptel and asterisk. I suggest you should include this manual into your product and I don't get the cd except the openvox card.
