all line is busy

Hi,

I am exhusted of useing this card, A400P. i always hear all line is busy and i could'nt fine right way to solve this problem, the problem occures only when i want to call someone from my zap extentions (A800P) when users hanging up and then use redial button of their phone i see in my flash operator panel the extention is using the line but he/she is not using it!!!

1) are you using A400P or A800P?
2) please show us the setting files(chan_dahdi.conf or zapata.conf).

I am using A400P with 4*FXO, A800P with 8*FXS and one A1200P with 12*FXO which right now i dont use it.
