A400P and FXO - Outgoing calls busy

Hi everyone. My outgoing calls are busy most of the time. I have an A400P with 4 FXO modules installed. These are the values it adds when I press Hardware Detection. Thanks in advance!

The Hardware detection says 4 FXO modules installed and green:
