Annoying noise on analog lines

I am having problem with my asterisk PBX, I am using elastix 2.0.3 , and I have two cards openvox A400P, some calls have an annoying noise, after troubleshooting the case I found these results

also when I did cat /proc/interrupts i found
169: 2797256874 0 0 0 IO-APIC-level eth0, wctdm, wctdm

so is the sharing of the interrupt is the problem, please advise

How many PCI slots on the motherboard? Is it possbile to switch one of A400P to another PCI slot?

From the result of dahdi_test, it mainly causes by the IRQ sharing.

You can modify your BIOS interrupt value,
