Openvox A1200P with FXO card not working

Hello all,
I've trixbox 2.8.0.4 installed with A1200P board along with 2 fxo and 2 FXS card. Earlier it was working fine but suddenly one FXO stop working. When someone calls to that PSTN number the logs show IVR welcome message is being played but the caller party does not hear anything just continuous ring tone only. Any help? you need to stop asterisk then execute the following command:
service dahdi stop
modprobe dahdi
modprobe opvxa1200
dahdi_cfg -vvvv
restart asterisk to try.please supply dmesg information to me .

My one FXO card is working fine without any problem. only second is not responding. I can give you ssh access. I'll mail you.
