We are starting to test asterisk servers + analog openvox cards to make least cost routing. As we want to use them on public telephony we need to use reverse polarity.
We are testing with a A800P (4fxo + 4fxs), i add to chan_dahdi.conf these lines:
answeronpolarityswitch=yes
hanguponpolarityswitch=yes
With this asterisk can register correctly real call duration from the call answer to the hangup. At this point reversal polarity detection on fxo ports is working fine.
The problem is that extensions or fxs ports dont generate reverse polarity, i have experience on grandstream gateways and only need to change a value on them and start generating reverse polarity on it. But for openvox or in general dahdi fxs ports i have no found how to adjust this. Can you help me?
