dial out problem

Hi, we install Elastix last version and open vox A400P, 3FXO.
incoming calls are ok , but out going local calls fails, we have recording from PSTN provider (verizon) like "please, dial one to place a long distance call....."Look like eventually the first digit was no send to the PSTN. , 1201 666 xxxx
was dial , provider only got 201 666 xxxx.
looking asterisk log we dialing out correctly (ej 1201+666+xxxx) all time

Any suggestion about this problem ?
