Empty Calls Elastix

Hi a am getting empty calls with my a800p fxo card
here is an example

The big space is where the source call field is.
We are using elastix 2.2.0
When I pick up the phone it is just a dial tone.

Well long story short I can't forward any ports right now. Are there any changes I have to make for my local pstn? e.g. use loopstart not kewlstart?we use att in the newport beach/orange county area in california
