A800P not working with Elastix 2.2

12 years 2 months ago #7754 by kosagraf
Hi I just bought 5 cards A800P (v1.2) and installed them in a fresh installation of Elastix 2.2.

The hardware I am using is a Jetway M/b (JNC9C-5500LF) with Intel Dual Core Atom My setup is 4FXO modules and 2FXS Modules. The card is recognised by te system and I can make outgoing calls only in the first 4 modules. I can ring the FXS modules but when I pickup the phone it is full of noise!!!. I switched the FXS modules with 2 of the FXO modules and now the 2 FXO's are not working (again horrible noise)!!! Also the calls i am alble to complete from the first 4 have a lot of noise which is also heard on the other side.

I tried almost everything....

Please help I have to make these systems as soon as possible. bellow is my config:

If the version of the firmware on A1200 is 1.6, you must download the driver from this link:
http://downloads.openvox.cn/pub/drivers/dahdi-linux-complete/releases/1.3.3/
Pls confirm that and tell me the result.
BTW, after you installed the driver, you have to cut the power of your server then start again.

Hi I have another issue and I was wondering if you can help me.

When I use the pstn lines I am expieriencing a delay of about 5 seconds before the call is completed. By that I mean that the call is done by elastix and it stays idle for 5 seconds until you hear the other side ring!!! is it possible to give me a hint?

Hi,
When did it happen? Inbound or outbound calls?
If inbound call, pls notice if it is because of the CID detecting? you can disable CID and have a try.
Paste the full log msg here with debug on, and chan_dahdi.conf.
Good luck.
