Trixbox 1.1 / Digium TE110P / AdTran 750 / AP 1200

i installed Trixbox 1.1 on a dell connected with Digium TE110P with Adtran 750 FXS's and AP1200 with 12 port FXO's

Problem i am facing is, when ever FXSs user pick up the phone he hear a ring
and hangup. and asterisk CLI shows ;

meaning to say that whenever user pickup the phone, trixbox sends to context [macro-hangupcalls] and hang up.

Incoming is working fine and trixbox sends to the correct extensions and using IAX softphone, i am able to call out to PSTN


Any help is really really appreciated

hello, i think your outbound call in dialplan is wrong. that's why you can not make calls. you want to call out, at least in your dialplan, therre is something like this:
exten => 123XX,Dial(zap/g0) ; g0 or g1 please check FXO　２５－３６

i change nothing in the extensions.conf and everything is default setting.

Thru freepbx web interface i did declare tunk as g0 and outbound trunk.

besides i can make PSTN calls using IAX softphone and incoming is working.

So i guess that slove the mystery g0 with FXO 25-36

hello, please check the zapata_additional.conf and zapata-auto.conf. maybe something is mismatched. you can try:dial(zap/25) or other FXO modules. do not put g0 or g1 if you are not very sure that.

i really dont know how to just dial(Zap/25) under trixbox. and based on my other installation i believe the zapata_additional.conf is right. i scan line for line against this and other working box and i believe they are right. i am just unsure of zapata.conf , zapata_auto.conf and zaptel.conf

Also, this installation was install for my friend and the box is actually hundreds of miles away. To test the FXS zap, i would need someone there to physcially to pick up the phone.

I dont know if is too much trouble if you could shh in to look around ?
