A1200P outgoing calls "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST"

Hello, I have some problems again
Now with outgoing calls, i have A1200P with FXO connected to CDMA.
Really often I get "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST" from my PSTN provider, sometimes even better calling 207-5555 I reach 07
I don't understand why this error occurs.Is it problem in asterisk conf, or maybe openvox, or CDMA modem.

Please need help.

I have checked the attachment , But from them I can check the full number you dialed.Please use dahdi_monitor tool to monitor a outgoing call that does not go out successfully because of "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST" .You can send the dahdi_monitor files and SSH info to my E-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . I will check it .

The second file in attach (3003615.zip) it's dahdi_monitor and logs, when i recived "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST" calling to 300-35-15

I have checked the file , the number is 300-3615 but actually the number you dialed is 300-3515,right? Please add my skype upper.hua and give me the dahdi version.

I've send you authorization request in Skype
I don't know what was the actual number where my call go, but i was calling to 300-3615.

In the case with 207-5555 my call get me to 07.
