I have installed A800P + FSX module into PCI slot. zaptel correctly detects board:

Found a OpenVox A1200P: Version 1.2 (1 modules)
buffer re-sync occur from 0 to 1
Registered tone zone 0 (United States / North America)
Zaptel Transcoder support loaded
I'm running "./fxstest /dev/zap/1 stats" and I see following:
TIP: 0.0000 Volts
RING: 0.0000 Volts
VBAT: -8.6480 Volts
Why RING voltage is null ? Also I don't hear "tone" when phone is connected.
Then I have started "asterisk -vvvv". I see following lines:
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf': Found
-- Registered channel 1, FXO Kewlstart signalling
-- Automatically generated pseudo channel
[quote:18b71839c9="james.zhu"]hello, aospan:
have you check the power on board and connection? maybe you swap it?
Regards!

Power is connected to the borad. I'm powering HDD (seagate 750 GB) by the same power connector ...
As I understand "./fxstest /dev/zap/1 stats" must show some voltage on RING/TIP row even if asterisk is not started ? When asterisk is started I'v got:
./fxstest /dev/zap/1 stats
Unable to open /dev/zap/1: Device or resource busy
cat /etc/zaptel.conf

I'v made mistake. One screw-bolt in my computer case is close to A800P board ... ;( I have removed this bolt and everything is go fine. I can see not zero voltage on board:
