you set inbound but where is outbound trunk? please check that!. Dial("SIP/12-08700348", "ZAP/2/928472443|300|") in new stack) check zap/2 in your zapata.conf.

you ask me to have look at your zapata.conf, but you do give me your zapata_aaditional.conf and zapata-auto.conf. please post it to our forum. make sure channel 2 is available as a FXO port.
