old a400p pinout

A friend gave me an old a400p card from you guys. He said it's still working. However, I noticed that the ports on the card are rj45 not rj11.

I checked your a400p datasheets and it uses rj11. Do you still have the pinout for this card? I'd appreciate it so I can test your card.

The telephone line is connected to the pin 4/5 of the RJ45, If your telephone line have a RJ11 jack, you can plug it in to the RJ45 directly.
