ZT_CHANCONFIG failed

HI,
I have 2 A800 cards (channel 1-8, 13-20) in a PC and it worked almost for 6 months. However, I find that we failed to dial PSTN call today and find the following error.

Running ztcfg: ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 13: No such device or address (6)

I suspect there is a problem in 2nd card as the result is the same after restart the zaptel module. I restart the whole PC finally and everything run fine.
I want to know what is the error shown mean? Is it a sign of the card problem?

i think it should be no problem. sometime, the fxs is very sensitive, reloading the driver or system will solve the problem.

Did you forget that FXS interfaces are configured with FXO signalling
and that FXO interfaces use FXS signalling?

At that moment, no PSTN call can be made.

It seems that the genzaptelconf could not generate correct config when system reboot.
