I don't have any current incoming call logs, because we currently *cannot* receive calls with it. As soon as I plug it into a phone line, it makes the phone line busy, and no calls can get through. (i.e.: If I then call that number from my cell phone, I get a busy signal, even though the PBX isn't handling any other phone calls).

if you can not receive the calls, i think there are two reasons:
1) hardware does work at all.
2) the dialplan has something wrong.
the reason why i want to see the incoming calls is because i want to check the status when calls coming? are there any tips shown from asterisk console? please set verbose 30 or higher to see the result。Nothing is shown from console? please check that.
