fxo come us as fxs by default

on your cards do your fxo mods always come up as fxs modes and have to be hand edited back to fxo??

if depends on what you set on the board, if the module is fxs you have to set it into zaptel.conf and zapata.conf manually or use the genzaptelconf command.

so if your using (red) fxo modes you just run genzaptelconf and you should be all set. I used my first openvox a card a couple weeks ago and it worked like a charm. I did another install yesterday and the system had horrible echo. I brought the system back to my office to trouble shoot the next day and the card would not work at all.
The card would dial out and the cli would say the call was answered but I really didn't answer. I came to the conclusion that the card just went bad and order another one today. Will test tomorrow.
