Low voice quality on SIP to/from A400P

Hello,

I'm experiencing pretty much low voice quality on my sip to/from connection when I use it on Asterisk/FreePBX server with A400P.
The voice quality is good when I connect on this SIP account directly from a SIP Phone (so the same provider and the same internet connection quality).

Also when someone calls in from a cell phone to our landline connected to A400P the voice quality is low.

Can someone point me where should I start tweaking my install to improve voice quality?

What you mean the voice quality? Could you describe it clearly? and could you write your system h/w and s/w config here?

The voice is fuzzy when I try to use any sip channel.
When someone calls from/or to a cell phone the call has also low voice quality (it's quiet..)
