15 years 10 months ago #1285 by drsoft
Hello
We have bought a badge openvox a400p with an I modulate fxs and an I modulate fxo.
We have installed it in a pc asus P5GC-MX/1333 with 1gb by heart ram and a serial disk ties of 160 gb. The software that we use is elastix 1.1 stable version.
The problem is that when I make the detection of the hardware, it is not recognized the card fxs and elastix it reports the following error:
PROSLIC ON 3 FAILED MODULATES ON POWERUP WITHIN 501 MS (6000 mV) only)

Hecambiado the feeder but anything doesn't happen. I have Also disabled of the bios certain elements that don't serve me but I cannot solve the problem.
You could to help me.
greetings and thank you to read my message.

Hi James.zhu

Thank you for your answer. I have observed that when one makes Hardware Detection, elastix generates the file zaptel.conf in this way:

# Autogenerated by /usr/sbin/genzaptelconf -- do not hand edit

# Zaptel Configuration File

#

# This file is parsed by the Zaptel Configurator, ztcfg

#

# It must be in the module loading order

# Span 1: WCTDM/0 "Wildcard TDM400P REV E/F Board 1" (MASTER)

fxsks=1

fxoks=4

# Global data

# I change loadzone and defaultzone because i live in Italy

loadzone = it

defaultzone = it

I don't understand because it is generated fxsks=1 and fxoks=4 when in my openvox 400 my modules are exactly invested fxo in the slot 1 and my fxs this in the I modulate 4.

Is this correct that it is this way?

With this configuration fxs is active but when i make :

[root@elastix ~]# modprobe -r wctdm

FATAL: Module wctdm is in use.

[root@elastix ~]# modprobe wctdm

[root@elastix ~]#

Is this correct?

hi:
yes, it is true, if it is FXO, it will show FXSKS in zaptel and zata.conf. however, i it is FXS, it will show FXO in zaptel. you can try to generate the zaptel and zapata.conf using ./genzaptel -sdvM, it is good tool for setting.
regards!
