CallerID sent before first ring

I buy an A400p card last week.Everything work fine,except callerid from fxo port.
I am in taiwan.Telephone Company tell me that CallerID send before the first ring, and call signalling supported are DTMF and FSK.

Please tell me how to configure.

If you get a polarity reversal before the cid then asterisk already
supports it. Use "cidstart=polarity" in the zapata.conf file.
