As far as I know, Asterisk isn't really supported on Windows, so the only realistic open-source alternative is Freeswitch.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a Windows driver for the OpenVox A400 card. Does it mean that there's really no way to use this hardware on Windows?
