A400P02 a channel doesn't work

HI forum, I have 2 months that I buys this card but one of the channels doesn't work in the part of behind where has the led, alone a light the other one works the other led is off

Please show some config files to us,like zaptel.conf and zapata-channels.conf

you mean a fxo module doesn't work, can you tell me more detail about the "failed" module?
