Just changed to a different motherboard. Gigabyte with dual core celeron and the problem was solved.

still have issues now in production.. low sound on incoming calls, high sound on local calls... adjusted TXgain and RXGain, they got better but still having issues with low sound..

there have 4 device driver params to adjust the hardware gain.

fxotxgain
fxorxgain
fxstxgain
fxsrxgain

also you have to set correct opermode="your country name"

modprobe opvxa1200 fxotxgain=XX fxorxgain=XX fxstxgain=XX fxsrxgain=XX opermode=YOUR country
