这条消息的意思是什么？是说对端的schannel是15么？我机器配置的schannel是16

显示 linkset ls1, link l1/16 INSERVICE, sls 0, total: 4685349277398990848, 4625196817309499392 连续执行命令会看到link l1/16一直在反复 INSERVICE和DOWN的状态。
