i tested the zaptel and asterisk under centos 5. asterisk-1.4.0 compiling with zaptel-1.4.1 will cause problems. You can asterisk-1.4.1 with zaptel-1.4.1. it will be no problem. please choose the right version of the combination of asterisk and zaptel. otherwise, it will cause problems due to the incorrect combination of versions of asterisk and zaptel. please make a study for such issue.
