B400p missing chanels

Hi
We have setup a B400p in our Asterisk based system, the card is recognised and we have 3 x isdn 2e chanels, All lines are able to be answered by the system but we are only able to use two lines outbound. The error we get is below,

I am no expert so please try and keep your answer simple if you can

hi:
please check that, do you use any command "TEPP". do you define the group in your conf files? please post your mISDN.conf , extensions.conf and chan_misnd.conf
