D410E issue

Hi,

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Openvox but no luck. Sent email and called, no one replied.

So hopefully someone can help me here. The issue that I'm having is:

I purchased two openvox boards D410E about 2 months ago. The switch is set to 0 onfirst board and 1 on the second board. recently I have seen the following errorin Asterisk:

Also, I looked at the board, the led on 3rd port is GREENeven though nothing is plugged in. So it should be RED, no? but it is green.


Can you you please let me know if this is a bad board orAsterisk issue?
