Span 1: Got SETUP with duplicate call ptr. Dropping call

I am currently using D210P to connect to 2 X ISDN PRI E1.

everything seems good, but i keep seeing the following Warning
from asterisk CLI

Span 2: Got SETUP with duplicate call ptr. Dropping call.

when i disable Span 2, Span 1 giving the same problem

Please confirm those two questions first:
1. Do your E1 line have crc4? \\span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4

2. Your SPAN 1 is master clock? not slave clock? \\span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4

and i also found those bug list from asterisk.org:

If you confirm those two questions, please try to use another verison of libpri.

and answer to both your questions are yes.

i also found the same web site earlier and i changed 3 types of version of libpri and dahdi and giving me the same problem.

i installed few sites with same card and i never seen such a problem before.
