D410P connected to two different carriers

您好，

我使用HP主機，加上 D410P，用E1協議連接兩個不同的電信，第一條E1總在30分鐘~1小時，就變成Down的狀態(剛啟動Asterisk的時候，是Up,Actived，但是有錯誤訊息，可撥打)。
同樣的這種 PRI E1 (euroisdn) 我碰到第二次了，第一次沒找到答案，對方拆機。
狀況一樣，使用的都是 Elastix 2.0.3，光盤直接安裝，並沒有進行更新。

套件版本為:
asterisk-1.6.2.13-0
dahdi-2.3.0.1-3
libpri-1.4.11.4-0
/var/log/asterisk/full 在附加的 rar 檔案內。

我使用了 pri intense debug span 1 與 pri set debug on span 1
得到後面的 debug messages, E1的訊息我看不太懂，可否告知一下是該調整什麼參數？
電信方面表示送過去的Q.931訊息有問題，可是工程師可能也不熟，並不能告知詳細狀況(估計也未必是Q.931的問題)。
