Noise/Static on the line

Hi, I have a D-110E card that is runnung on my elastix server (new install). when calling out or in the caller on the remote phone (cell/mobile/landline) can here constant noise or static.
Elastics seems to have detected the card as a Digium Te110p for some reason. while it does function i just have this noise.

my /etc/dahdi/system.conf file is below

hi,pls disable the crc4 and oslec as the following shows then restart dahdi and asterisk to try, if still have problem, contact me via msn or skype
