error message?

After the D110P card keep run for 2 days, the system print out the error log message:
" Write to 43 failed: unknow error 500" ,then all channels are disconnected.

can you tell me this is a hardware problem or driver problem or system problem?

I should how to handle the problem, thank you in advance.

3, Two D110PG card in different PBX service connect mutual by a twisted-pair cable.
4, the card is D110PG.
