D110P - RED Alarm

15 years 7 months ago #1828 by tdurante
Hi guys,

That's my first time configuring a D110P and I'm having a hard time.

I've to configure a D110P with support to R2. I'm using the OpenR2 library.

My server is:

Ubuntu Server 8.04
Linux BRSVPABX 2.6.24-19-server #1 SMP Wed Jun 18 15:18:00 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux

Attached is my DMESG.

Hi,

Sorry for taking long to reply.

I'm using the libopenr2 ( libopenr2.org/ ).

But the strange is that I got the alarm in the card even before connecting any link. The compilation of OpenR2 is within the Asterisk not the card.

I compile the card normally, using zaptel 1.4.11 and the D110P patch download from your site.

When I do ztscan I get:

# ztscan
[1]
active=yes
alarms=RED
description=Digium Wildcard TE110P T1/E1 Card 0
name=WCT1/0
manufacturer=Digium
devicetype=Digium Wildcard TE110P T1/E1
location=PCI Bus 04 Slot 02
basechan=1
totchans=31
irq=17
type=digital-E1
syncsrc=0
lbo=0 db (CSU)/0-133 feet (DSX-1)
coding_opts=HDB3
framing_opts=CCS,CRC4
coding=HDB3
framing=

I don't know what is going on, it this configuration worked once, then stop working.

Now I'm no longer with the Ubuntu, I changed to Slackware just to be sure that it wasn't a OS thing.

My OS now:
Slackware 12.1
Linux brsvasterisk 2.6.24.5-smp #2 SMP Wed Apr 30 13:41:38 CDT 2008 i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

Interrupts still the same, DMESG is attached.

Thanks!
