Saturated voice on VS-GW1202-4G

9 years 10 months ago #9730 by nedwinc
Hi friends,
recently bought two gsm gateway VS-GW1202-4G (Model Name:VS-GGU-E2M0400) and both are showing the same problem: the voice is heard very saturated and can not understand anything.
I updated the firmware and the problem persists. I think it is problem of volume settings, but have tried different ways and can not get good results.
What can I do to resolve this as I have two unused gateways?
