place call from astcli.php WGW1002G web interface

i ordred WGW1002G and i want make a cal from extention to a external number on interface web
wich command i have to use place a call from the consoleon astcli.php par exaple
(extenstion 3000) to external number (21261444444) using the port gsm-1.1
on interface web asterix cli
