blank screen after login WGW 1002G

Hi, i need support, i get a blank screen after login with default user admin / admin also i try to login via ssh in port 12345 but i can´t gess the default username i tried root / OpenVox , admin/admin

I pressed the reset button for a while until the 4 leds in visual panel blinks, but the problem persist.

I bought this model just to try the http-sms api but if this problems have the "mini" model i don want to imagine about most cost equipment

can any one give me some help ore advice?

Sorry to make you trouble. Is this a new device, the default ip of the gateway is 172.16.99.1, the default usernames/password of the web is admin/admin,about the ssh is admin/admin with port 12345. By the way did it reachable when you ping the default ip, make sure there is no ip Conflating on your network.

The default ip response to ping, the http askme for user and pass, i provide admin / admin after login validarion i got a blank screen, for ssh the password is not valid
